A ssist with specimen management and bedside laboratory testing. 4. O bserve and report patient responses to care. 5. N utritional and Elimination Needs: 6. S upport patients with feeding and nutritional intake. 7. A ssist with personal hygiene and elimination needs. 8. M obility and Personal Care: 9. P romote mobility through ambulation and exercise therapy. 10. A ssist with dressing, bathing, and oral health maintenance. 11. C omfort and Emotional Support: 12. P rovide comfort measures and emotional support to patients. 13. F acilitate visits from family and friends. 14. P atient Safety and Environmental Cleanliness: 15. E nsure a safe and clean environment for patients. 16. A ssist in emergency situations and maintain safety precautions. 17. U nit Operations: 18. S upport smooth departmental operations by assisting with errands and the discharge process. 19. H elp orient new staff members. 20. O ngoing Learning: 21. M aintain current knowledge and competency in LNA practice. 22. P articipate in in-service training and development opportunities.
